Delete all FGDC metadata after upgrading to ArcGIS metadata

After upgrading metadata to ArcGIS 10 format both the ArcGIS and the partially stale FGDC metadata is displayed. We need a tool to delete all FGDC metadata after upgrading - so metadata is carried in just one place.

This really does not exist? I've been searching for a way to do this for an hour. COME ON ESRI!!!!!
