I am building a dashboard that will eventually be public-facing. The goal will be to have a feature service point layer where the public can submit edit requests. Some of the features will have attributes, others will be blank. Is there a way where I can put a hyperlink in the pop-up that takes the user to a form where they can request edits? Then, on our end, someone will approve of the edits, and then it will be published to the web map.
All I have seen so far is the crowdsourcing app where users can create new points.. However, I would like the capability to edit existing points.
