How easy is it to add workforce app into Citizen problem reporter?
When the problem is viewed in the manager and the assigned to value updated can this be easily pushed to the workforce app.
I don't know if you had any success with this - if you did, I'd love to hear how.

there is a script for extending crowdsource where that layer is scanned and new entries are added as assignments in workforce.#workforce_for_arcgis
