Hi everyone, I'm not getting email notifications from the Esri Community. I'm signed into Esri Community from my organization account. I also don't have a setting to change my notification preferences. Under "Subscriptions & Notifications", this is what shows.
What can I do about this?
Thanks for reaching out about this, @zdgra. I just checked on your account and found that it hadn't been verified yet. Verification is a recommended but optional process that takes place when a user first sets up their account, but individuals will sometimes unintentionally miss this step. Because verification is required for accounts to use the subscription feature, you wouldn't have been able to subscribe to content or receive emails of new notifications. I've gone ahead and turned verification on for you so that you should be able to use the subscribe feature moving forward. All the best!
