Can't edit my own post

Today, I posted a response to a question, but realized I forgot something and tried to edit my post. However, the Post Options dropdown no longer contains the Edit option.

I've noticed the same. The boards have very evidently been under some kind of spam attack the last couple of days though, so I wondered if it was an associated security measure

I am also having this issue, I also cannot seem to report/flag posts.

Ditto as well to editing my own post... yesterday I had to add another response when I forgot a link

Hi @KenBuja and everyone—genuine apologies for the difficulty you experienced with editing your posts! @RichardHowe is most likely correct that the error you experienced was related to a security measure we took this morning to halt another ongoing influx of spam posts. We have now walked back those mitigation settings that were temporarily put in place. Please give editing another try and let us know if you continue to experience issues.

So sorry for the continued issue with that feature, everyone! We've done some additional digging into this and believe we've resolved the issue. Please try again and let us know if you still don't have editing permissions for your own posts.
