Known Issue: Intermittent Kudos Button Failure

UPDATE: This issue has been addressed with an update that has been shown to resolve the issue in testing.


Our Esri Community team is aware of an issue intermittently impacting the kudos button’s functionality.

Users may sometimes find that the kudos button is not properly selecting when clicked and may even result in an error message. Refreshing the page and trying again often results in success.

We are actively working with the Support Team to identify the root cause and fix this issue. An update will be provided once it is resolved.

Note that an update has been applied to this issue that has shown it to be resolved during testing. If anyone experiences it again, please let us know in a comment and include the following details:

  • Date/time/time zone when it occurred
  • URL of the page the error took place on
  • A screenshot or recording of the error
  • Confirmation as to whether refreshing/retrying solves the issue
