Whenever I try to preview or edit my story from the My Stories page it takes me to the Builder

I've never been able to successfully preview one of my stories. Whenever I try to preview the story from the 'My Stories' page it takes me to the 'Welcome to Map Journal Builder' modal prompting me to start a brand new story. The story is public and says there are no errors. This happens if I try and edit one of my stories from the 'My Stories' list as well. Any help would be appreciated!.

Are you able to provide a link to the Story Map you are having issues with?  This will help us in pinpointing what the underlying issue might be.  Feel free to message me here if you don't want to post the link publicly.

When I open that app, it displays a message that this app has not been configured yet.  And when I inspect the app data response from ArcGIS Online, it also shows that nothing has been added yet.  What content did you populate this Map Journal with?  And when you hit save, did you get any error messages?  Alse, I found this Map Journal with a similar name from your content that does load with a single section: https://www.arcgis.com/apps/MapJournal/index.html?appid=81b24581de7848f39bb1bc59a2239280.
