Unable to add media to Cascade Story Map

We've been working with middle school students on story maps, and two of our students who are working on cascades don't have a button to add media. I don't see a way to resolve. Please advise.

Hi Tami -- Sorry a few of your students are having trouble with the Cascade Builder. Does the same thing happen if they create a new story or if they try using a different web browser? Another thing to try is to change the size of the browser window to see if that lets them scroll into the story. Let me know if any of these tips help.
