Template that automatically scrolls through layers

I'm looking for a way to automatically scroll through a series of layers, similar to using time-enabled data. I have multiple years or seasons of polygon data where I want to show change over time. The polygons are different from year to year so I can't just add years of data to an attribute table and use a single layer. Is there a template that will allow me to do this?

Without user interaction, I'm not aware of any template that would allow that.
With user interaction you have plenty of choice with our templates, especially the one that fall into the category of comparing maps and the new Map Journal would also allow that (with Map Journal you don't have to create multiple maps and can toggle layer on and off when user navigate between sections or click a special link).

If I have 30 years worth of data (and therefore layers) I don't want to have 30 tabs that users have to click on to see change over time.
