Story Map Status and Accessibility question

Hi, my name is Carl Metz

I have a couple of questions about Story Maps:

I have heard that the tour map was being updated, what is the status on a new Story Map Tour? I know that Story Map Cascade, Series and Journal have accessibility (alternative text) tools.  Is ESRI working on accessibility tools for Tour, Shortlist and Swipe?

Can someone from ESRI Story Map team please answer.
