Problem scrolling to next "slide" in Map Journal Builder

I have created a story in Map Journal Builder.  The home slide is a map, the remaining slides are all images taken from a powerpoint.  I am able to use my mouse to scroll from the home slide to the first slide, but I can scroll no further with the mouse.  I can click on the radio buttons on the left or use the down arrow on the left to get to the next slides, but I can't scroll with my mouse.

I'm sorry you are having an issue with your Journal. Can you make the story public and share a link here (or private message it to me) so I can take a look? If you are unable to share the story you can contact Esri Support for help troubleshooting.

Hi Michelle -- Unfortunately, a map or some other content in your story must still not be public because I still get a login screen when I try to open it.

You can check what might be causing this if you scan your story using our My Stories tool. It will let you know if something isn't shared in the same way as your story.

Thanks Owen. I can see that sharing publicly has been disabled by an administrator. Sadly, that person isn’t here today so I will need to wait until Monday to get that part straightened out. Will it be alright to email you then at this same address?
