Linking to sections of a Cascade Story Map?

Hello! 

My organization has a story map that is built using the Cascade template. It currently has bookmarks at the top of the page to navigate to specific sections within the story map. I was wondering if it was possible to hyperlink to these specific sections from outside of the storymap? For example, from within our own website, to have hyperlinks that will navigate to specific sections. Any help is appreciated.

@DaveK -- The bookmark links that appear in the Cascade header can only be configured as internal links.
