Legend and mouse overs not displaying all text

Hello - The legend seems to have a fixed/max width that is cutting off the point description labels. Is there a way to expand or allow for wrap text features?

The same fixed width issue is happening with the navigation menu mouse over pop ups for each journal entry circle.
