How to change a bullet list spacing in a Story Map?

I have created a Tabbed Map Series. In the accompanying text, I have included a numbered list and bulleted list. 

The bulleted list puts a a big space between the title and the first bullet point. How can I reduce that space?

I want to reduce the space between All food Indices:   and    Dairy Products.

If you host the story map yourself (by downloading it from GitHub https://github.com/Esri/storymap-series), you can edit the CSS to remove the margin and padding on that element, however I'm not sure how to (if it's possible) in an ESRI hosted story map.
