How can I help a google search find my story map?

Is there a way to bolster my story map's metadata so that people can find it with a google search?

Is the Story Map hosted on ArcGIS Online services or Portal for ArcGIS?

If it is on ArcGIS Online you will to have share the story map app, the webmap used to create the app and the services that are being consumed in the webmap and app with "Everyone" then you should be able to search it globally.

Thanks 'Shan. 

I have shared every aspect of my story map with "Everyone" and I still cannot find it with a Google search. 

Any other ideas?

Have you checked if your organisational account prevents anonymous access to its URL (and you have the privileges)?
