Flickr import not recognizing my username

Everytime I try create a map and import photos from my flickr account, it says "user not found". I know my username, just used it by storymap cannot find it. I am able to use google, but flickr not working. Is there something I have to enable on my flickr account first?

I don't think so. It should not but it may be because none of your Album is shared publicly.

If you can share your username I will take a look.

Are you able to look up any user account for flickr?

I also tried my wife's yahoo account and no luck there. Our accounts were

originally and still yahoo accounts that are used for flickr ids.

I tried the National Park Service (I work for them and it worked).

I just tried my name (chadbeale) with no spaces and it found something but

not photo, not sure if that's me or not.

If you click on organize within flickr you can have collections and albums…you can also organize into galleries. I think what is being labeled as sets are what is called an album within flickr.

Here are my permission settings under my flickr account, I suspect it’s somewhere here that is limiting the accessibility. Try looking at your settings to see if there’s anything set differently than mine:

It looks like chadbeale is the login you want to use.

It looks Flickr changed their UI recently.  What is now call "Album" used to be called "Set", we will have to adjust Map Tour for that.

This is what I get when I visit your page Chad Beale | Flickr - Photo Sharing!

Until you see that when you are not signed in with your account, you won't be able to access your photos in map Tour.

When you are in the Organizer, does it say your photos are public when you use?

If I search https://www.flickr.com/  for cgbeale and look under the People tab it doesn't find anything.

If I search for Chad Beale it finds a ChadBeale but it is not the same user name as you gave above and has no photos public. https://www.flickr.com/search/people/?username=chad%20beale

If I search for ressinger (my account) it finds my account: https://www.flickr.com/photos/18337581@N05 which includes one public album (Offa's Dyke) that also therefore appears in the Story Map Tour Builder:
