Custom Logo Creation

Hello, While trying to create a custom logo for a story map, we created it in Adobe Illustrator using the 250 X 50 pixel limit and again using 100 X 50 pixel as well as trying both .png and .gif. Every time the URL was inputted, the preview showed that the logo was too large. After clicking apply, there was no change to the ESRI logo in the top right, and the URL to our custom logo is gone. Are there any suggestions?

This sounds like a bug but I tested Map Tour, Map Journal and Swipe application in ArcGIS Online and custom logo seems to work in all of them.

What StoryMaps application and browser are you using?

Never know, could you also give us the link to your logo?
