I have added a picture in a story map chapter, Can I add pop ups or something like that so if someone clicks a certain place in the picture a window with text or something popups...without changing chapters.

Thanks in advance

Hi Jess,

Unfortunately, it's not possible to configure pop-ups on images from within the Builder -- that's only a feature of web maps.

A developer could create a custom web page that behaves as you describe, and you could add that web page to a section of your map journal.

Hi Jess,

What story map template are you using? Can you share the story map here?

If your map is just referencing a web map, you can configure popups in your web map:

Hi Adrian...we are using the map journal template...and no sorry we cant share the story map work for a government agency so no sharing outside. So we are fine with creating popups if it was a map but this actually an image eg. say a picture of a puppy (its not just an example) and we want to be able to click on its nose and a popup appear with information, and then click on its eyes and a different popup appear.....does that make sense??
