From where to get ESRI Bump Map Tools?

I am intending to download ESRI Bump Map Tools from the provided link referred below;

But, didn't found any working link from where I can download these tools. I will be highly appreciable if anybody could let me know the download link and also enlighten me whether these tools can be used with ArcGIS 10.5 installed on my system?

That is quite old and doesn't appear on the code sharing site, so it isn't supported now 

There are a few links for similar tools for imagery ... bump-i-fied imagery...  and alternate options if using terrain data

I recently visited the post and found that download link has been reactivated by the author. Now these incredible tools are ready to be explored. Great news.

check the discussion at the bottom, there were written for 9.x and might work in 10.x,

so some work might be necessary, but definitely doeable.
