detached property for calcite-shell-panel

According to the 1.4.0 documentation at

the property detached is depreciated, however, on the components website

https://developers.arcgis.com/calcite-design-system/components/shell-panel/#api-reference-properties...

for the shell-panel there is no note for it.

Thanks for relaying on @LefterisKoumis! We're working through a fix to display the deprecations across the component pages as soon as possible. Will respond to this thread once the fix is available.
