Dialog component: add option to persist position and size after move or resize

The dialog component with "drag-enabled" and "resizable" properties true, must have an option to persist the size and/or position of the dialog component after moving/resizing and closing.

Currently you can open the component, move and resize it, but after closing and opening it again, the component position and size defaults to the original state.

Please add an optional property to persist the size and/or position of the component after closing and reopening.

Hey, we have this request on our radar and will be having discussions on if and how we want to approach adding this functionality. I will add another response with more info once we have a finalized decision.
