Hi,

I have a set of longitude latitude data points that I am using the software to calculate variable percentages withing 5 mile radius rings. I only need about a half dozen of the variables from the 2000 census files reports. Yet, the generate reports pulls up a large excel sheet that I then have to scrol through for each record as I search for the few variables of interest. In other words, how can I preselect the list of variables to be reported? Else, is there a way to use the filter or macro type functions in excel to quickly identify the row and column variables that I need without scrolling through every individual report?

Thank you.

George,

I would just using the Create Custom Comparison Reports on the Get Reports tab as you would be able to pick specific variables and save the variables as a list so it would be easy to re-use the list.
