Hi,
I have a set of longitude latitude data points that I am using the software to calculate variable percentages withing 5 mile radius rings. I only need about a half dozen of the variables from the 2000 census files reports. Yet, the generate reports pulls up a large excel sheet that I then have to scrol through for each record as I search for the few variables of interest. In other words, how can I preselect the list of variables to be reported? Else, is there a way to use the filter or macro type functions in excel to quickly identify the row and column variables that I need without scrolling through every individual report?

George,I would just using the Create Custom Comparison Reports on the Get Reports tab as you would be able to pick specific variables and save the variables as a list so it would be easy to re-use the list.http://help.arcgis.com/en/businessanalyst/online/user_help/index.html#/Create_Comparison_Reports/00q...Regards,Jason R.
