I currently have a pmf open with labeled features. When I am adding markups to my map, the labels underneath the lines become displaced. For example, if I draw a circle with the highlighter or pen tool, the labels underneath the circle disappear and bunch up around the perimeter of the graphic. Is this the expected behavior?
In addition, is there an ability to add text as markup?
