Can anyone tell me what the function of the green arrow at the bottom is? I can find no reference to it in the manuals that I've seen (and can't search for images of course).

My data is part of a relationship class; I create a new point and the edit form appears with this on.

Thanks

James

I believe it is Repeat Attributes tool.  It allows you to repeat all of the attributes from the previously created feature to your new features.
