I am having an issue with ArcPad and a form that I created for a dataset.  I am Checking the data in and out of a geodatabase each day, but after the first day I changed some of the fields and the form associated with the fields.  The problem I am having is that the form that keeps on being recreated each time I Check Out is the original form, not the new form.  So each day I have to replace the "old" form with the new one.  Is there any way to have it export the new form with the data each time?

On the first page of the Get Data for ArcPad Wizard, you will notice a set of check boxes - one for each layer - along the right-hand side. They are used to set a previous AXF to be used as a Template for your check out.

These check boxes are automatically set to tell ArcPad Data Manager to use the AXF that was checked out after the FIRST time as a template for your next check out when you are using the same data. This can be super-useful as checking these boxes can use all of the scripts and form customization you already have in your AXF for any subsequent check outs of the same data.

If your underlying data has changed, you should uncheck these boxes to create a new set of default forms during check out. You can always reset the Template AXF by checking the box and browsing to the AXF layer (including custom forms) that you want to use after updating your forms.
