In ArcGIS 9x days, I remember of an exe that will list me the location of standard/custom tools registered for ArcMap. Something similar to C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\Desktop10.3\bin\Categories.exe, a standalone giving me the name, location, etc.
Is it still available in ArcMap 10.3x and if so where is it?
