Inserting a vertice any where on an existing polyline using VB?

Hello,

I am trying to write VB code to insert a vertice on a existing polyline but I am encoutering 2 problems.

1.  How do I turn on the Edit Sketch mode for the polyline
2.  Can I insert the vertice anywhere on the polyline?
