The SDK is available on the ArcGIS Desktop installer disk or as a download from the My Esri site: https://my.esri.com/

It should be in the Downloads area unless you have an EDN subscription.

Click on Downloads or EDN and then click on Downloads again in the menu on the left. This should give you a list of products to download. Find ArcGIS for Desktop 10.2.2 and click View Downloads and the SDK should be in the list of downloads:

WOW !!  So quick answer and again many many thanks to you. I have no EDN subscription. How can I get this subscription ??

You will need to contact your local Esri distributor to purchase an EDN subscription. Unlike many of the other Esri SDKs the ArcObjects SDK requires either ArcGIS Engine or Desktop to be installed on your computer and these won't run without a license.
