How to get the value of the field if I click on the polygon in MapControl?

I have a desktop applications with ArcGIS Engine (c #). The data I use is Sde geodatabase. I want to be able to get the value of the field if I click on the polygon in MapControl.
Can you help me to create a complete script or code using c # for this?
or if possible example of the application.
Please, I really need it soon.
