I couldn't even use "clip" or "feature to point" because "Tool Not Licensed". No error code on the pop up box either. All extensions except Tracking Analyst are checked.
Is there another license to run a tool like "clip"?
Solved! Go to Solution.
What is the licensing level of your ArcGIS Desktop (Basic, Standard, Advanced)?
Feature to Point tool works with ArcGIS Desktop Advanced license. In case of lower level of license, please check the workaround. How To: Convert polygon features to point features with an ArcGIS Desktop Basic or Standard license ...
Clip (Analysis) should work. In case you have Basic license, please ensure you are working with shapefiles or Personal Geodatabase (*.mdb). File Geodatabase and Enterprise Geodatabase are Read-only with Basic license.
*Ensure you run Clip (Analysis) for vector clip, and Clip (Data Management) for Raster clip.

I see. Thank you for this and the alternative to feature to point.
