Good day

How do i changes the x and y signs,

Current

+x , -y

Required

-x, +y

Thanks

Lutendo

Hi @LutendoNetshipale,

I’m sending this brief message to let you know I’ve moved this post from our Community Feedback area to the ArcGIS Pro Questions board where it’s more likely to be seen and responded to by members who can help. If I've misidentified which ArcGIS tool you're using, please respond to let me know what that is and I'll be happy to help get it in the right place.

All the best!

@LutendoNetshipale You have multiple options depending on the application being used.

In ArcGIS Pro, refer to Field Calculations. In particular, you may use Find and Replace OR Calculate Field code samples for strings.

Some users prefer to do this string manipulation in Excel.

It there a step by step process for a beginner?

I want to do this calculation

Similar operations are in ArcMap as well.
