Raster Calculator

Hello everyone! 

I have different water depth maps for a certain area and there are structures in this area. I want to calculate the water depths for each of these structures separately.
I will be grateful if you could help me

My Assumption

1. Water Depth Map is a Raster layer, where each pixel value refers to the water depth.

2. Structures: Point feature class (Vector data).

Then you could use Extract Values to Points.

Here are a few other options How To: Extract raster values to point locations in ArcMap (esri.com).

In case my assumptions are incorrect, please elaborate on the details of the data that you have.
