I have used Arcmap10.8.1 for a while now with the desktop BA license. I have a new computer which required a full re install of arcmap (10.8.2) now. I have the Business Analyst desktop licenses as well. I add BA into my toolbars in arcmap but need to set my preferences. When i go through the tabs in the preferences, I set them as they were in my other install and click OK, but it never saves any of the preferences. Without setting preferences I cannot run a trade area analysis. Any ideas why preferences wont save?
