Need a script to export list of each layer ?

Hi,  Is there a script that will allow me to to export an excel file to include all the names of each layers ?

This is to help me sort it out  because the mxd file I got from somebody else and the files he set it up are from another region and I am in another region. ( Sort of neighbors)  This is to help me which layer to pull in similar for our region to match theirs.

I am using ArcGIS 10.8.2 in Citrix.
