Model Builder Question - Downstream Trace With Multiple Line Feature Classes

Hello All,

I am trying to generate a model that will run a network trace across multiple line feature classes, once posted as a service. I am having trouble with the final step, the selection of lines that have been traced. The tool works perfectly if the trace itself goes through all of the line features.

For an example, please refer to the image below. If I run a trace that involves CWSA Mains and Hanover Mains, only the traced lines will highlight. However, all of the lines within the Suburban Gravity Mains feature class will be highlighted by the tool. Is there a way to tell the model to ignore a feature class if it is not involved with the trace?
