ISSUE DESCRIPTION
We are serving out data from 2 layers from an Oracle database using ArcGIS Server 10.7.1 to support field data collection. This is working fine in ArcGIS Online web maps and ArcGIS Pro + other 3rd party apps I have tested in. When it is used in ArcMap 10.7.1 the layer works fine at scales >= 1:42027. When we go to a scale of 1:42026 or larger the features do not draw (see image1).
When the features are not displaying I can still identify them and view attributes in the attribute table. If I try and select them I get an error (see image2).
