Hello,

Sorry to ask this again, but I'm desperate for an answer.

I have a DEM file. I would like to represent the elevation data using a color ramp, but instead of applying/stretching one color ramp against the file's entire data range, I would like to repeat the same color ramp at specific intervals, such as at every 10 meters. E.g., the color ramp would be applied from 0 - 10 meters, again from 10 - 20 meters, and so on and so on, until the highest elevation in the dataset is reached. How can this be done in ArcMap? I am using version 10.8.1

Thank you, in advance, for any help!

I think what you're looking for is the 'classified' method rather than stretch. From there look for the option to do 'manual intervals', rather than jenks/natural breaks which I think is the default.

@ArchaeoPenn

The best method for representing a DEM is hillshading.
