Error in UpdateChart

Anyone know what is/how to fix the error below? Only affects mxds on one machine (location of the mxds on the network doesn't matter). I can click through the popup and the MXD opens, certainly not going to save them with that error. I don't particularly want to reinstall Arc hoping for the best. Using Desktop 10.7 (and yes, I'm also using Pro, I don't have time to convert hundreds of MXDs at the moment...)
