Hello, I keep on getting the same error message when creating an Address Locator in ArcMap 10.4. Can anyone help? I have already gone through the list below and cannot see what I am doing wrong.
"000042 : Failed to create the address locator. ArcGIS 10.4
The address locator cannot be created.
Solution
Check that you have the following:
- Permission to write to the disk or database
- Enough disk space for the address locator you are trying to create
- Valid network or database connection
- Valid geocoding rule files
- Valid address locator style"
