An Arc user in our organization is trying to edit vertices of polygons while in an edit session, however, as soon as he initiates "Edit Vertices," his cursor is stuck on the "delete vertex" tool. He can still right click the sketch to add new vertices, but is unable to activate the "modify sketch vertices" tool to grab and move any vertices.
This is different than activating current tools you've selected in ArcMap by pressing "ctrl" + "shift," as this is only occurring during an edit session, while attempting to edit vertices of features.
