Disable deleting features while maintaining update in a File Geodatabase(Delete Data management)

Hi,

I send a file to my team to edit the features in Feature class -> in File GDB.But accidently they deleted some fetaures.Is there a way to restrict the privilege--can I disable deleting features while maintaining update in a File GDB.

We are not working on the version as there is some work which requires working on the GDB in shared drive.
