ArcMap 10.8.2 - access to AWS S3 as an Add-in Manager folder

Hi,

We have custom addins for ArcMap.

There is “add folder” in Add-in Manager (see the image attached)

Is it possible to use AWS S3 bucket as a location of addins?

If yes, please provide steps how to do it.

Client environment:

Windows Server 2019 as AWS Workspace

ArcMap 10.8.2
