I'm creating custom transformation files in ArcMAP v10.8.1 and currently these are being written out to the user profile local temp folder, rather than the Roaming...\ArcToolbox\CustomTransformations folder. Help indicates its a write issue and therefore defaulting to temp. I've no problem copying the gtf file from temp to the roaming folder, but this isn't picked up when I need to apply the transformation (still looking in temp I guess).
Is there a way to permanently set (system variable?) where the custom gtf files are sourced? We have a large number of users that make use of these transformations, so a centralized or more easily accessible folder would be ideal.
