Can I edit my ArcGis Online data with Arcmap 10.8?

I am trying to edit a series of vector layers that I placed in ArcGis Online, it tells me that they are read-only, that I can't edit this workspace.

Can I edit one of my ArcGis Online data with Arcmap 10.8?

But I can edit them in ArcGis Pro.
