Attribute Table Stuck on Full Screen. 10.5 on a Mac (Parallels)

Hi all,

I know I've seen an answer to this question before but can't seem to find it again. A colleague is running ArcGIS 10.5 on a Mac using Parallels. He put his attribute table to full screen and can't get it to not open in full screen now. I know I've seen a solution to this (I think you had to alter a template?) before but I can't seem to find it again. 

Any help would be great.
