Asking about installation

Hello Guys, I am from srilanka . I have a trouble with reinstallation of arcgis..There is a error massage display about please upadate previous version . They said it has a arcgis version ..But i unstall it completely..also registory files...How can i fix this...if any one know about this..can u please help me..😐

Please get in touch with the Esri Support. They could work closely with you to resolve the issue.

Also check Clean Uninstall of ArcMap if you misssed any folder or registry file.

Don't forget to reboot your system after a complete uninstall.
