Query Tables and Joins

I'm currently work on a project that connects a data sheet of artifact data to sites (polygon and points) already in Arcmap. I have used the make query table tool to connect the tables together by sites but there are sub sites  so the table isn't exact and some points are missing because there are sub sites. Anyone have suggections on how I can fix this would be very much appreciated.

Make two connections.

One to sites and one to sub sites.

Thank you for your help. I tried this and it seemed to work but the new layer created by the tool seems to be missing some of the sites that are point files.  Anymore recommendations?

Do all of the points features have a related record match.  Can you verify manually if there is a match for the missing records.   And are the entries formatted EXACTLY the same
