Getting into GIS side of Archaeology

Does anyone know a good way to get into GIS side of Archaeology as got a GIS degree and always had an interest in Archaeology. I am UK based.

I think the best way is to become an archaeologist first if you want a degree.

Or if you are a GIS expert you can search for a team of archaeologists to work with.

Go to the University of Edinburgh and enter their Master's program for GIS and Archaeology.
