We are using Workforce Classic to manage Mobile Worker Assignments in Early Voting.
While generally successful, I am getting isolated reports from some workers that they are not getting notifications and have to refresh the app to see new assignments. I know this is happening on Android, I'm not sure whether we've experienced this on I-phone.
Is there any troubleshooting possible for this issue?

Jay, taking a bit of a guess at this, but it could be due to poor network connectivity in those areas. Are there any commonalities in their connectivity?

That is my guess as well. Unfortunately our main staging areas for techs seems to have connectivity issues...
Turns out that the Mobile Worker with the problem was using a "Samsung Galaxy Note 20 ultra". When they switched to an older Galaxy S7 it is working fine.
