We are having issues with Samsung android tablets/phones where a map is not showing up for logged in user s initially despite the fact they are definitely added as workers to the project and they have jobs assigned them. You have to keep re opening and closing the app until it finally responds and the map loads. Sometimes you have to remove the user from the project completely and then re add them along wit the assignments and the map will finally load. Is here any knwn issues that might be causing this behavior ? #new workforce #workforce on android
On my phone it is android 10 ,samsung galaxy AE20. The tablet I have tried it on is 8.1.0 neither are working. Samsung Galaxy tab. The Workforce app is version 20.1.1
